The citizen committees are comprised of over 120 Greenville County residents, representing all areas of the county. Their task? To identify the issues and challenges facing our county that should be addressed in each element of the comprehensive plan. After a summer filled with meetings and lots of hard work, the Citizen Committees presented their ideas to the public on September 18, 2008. Although they have completed the most difficult part of their task, they remain active in the process and continue to provide feedback as the plan is developed.
